Hey everybody! This story has a happy ending: Russell also emailed me directly the same day, which I was able to address promptly for him offline. (What happened was his order went through, but the server-side registration key generator wasn't working so it had sent him a blank code. I re-ran it manually to sort him out.) Thanks to Carl for chiming in here before I was able to reply to the list -- I've had company the past few days so have been behind on some of my email. b
