[Doggiebox] this may be an already answered question

I finally dusted off doggiebox for some demo work I am doing and have a question: When I export sections of songs, there is always a space at the end of each section that I have to edit in whatever app I am using to track. Is there a way to eliminate this BEFORE I export? Thanks for your time. Jimmy
