Just going through some old postings to the group and found this request from Carl - been meaning to look into soundfonts for a while and now I'm pleased to say that I've been able to sample the woodblock soundfont and copy it into the excellent doggiebox version of the ns-kit. You can download this from my site: http://www.cinnamondesign.co.uk/music/music.html was able to do this using Midikeys, Simplesynth and Audio Hijack. Does anyone know a (free) tool for pulling WAVs (or AIFFs) out of SF2 soundfont files? I'm trying to get a the underlying samples out of the (freely downloadable) Natural Studio woodblocks <http://www.natural-studio.co.uk/ns_woodblock.htm>. It downloads as a .sfArk file, which I can turn into a regular soundfont, but I'm darned if I can pry the samples back out as WAVs or the like.
