Groovy. I've been (slowly, very slowly) working out a drum part for an original rock piece. It starts with a sort of Supernautish hi-hat pattern, and carries on in my best-if-inexpert attempt to do some good ol' four-on-the-floor rock percussion. I've been meaning to post it up on my own web site, and it could certainly be carved up and the bits used as basic rock patterns of various sorts.
