I do something similar, but as I tend to build up from the kick track, I first export that as <songname>kick.aiff (to Logic, in my case), then add another instrument, save to <songname>db, delete the kick and export as <songname>whateverinstrument.aiff. And so on. The only real difference is Mike starts with his finished drum arrangement - I work up to mine, auditioning it in Logic, with whatever tracks I've already laid down, as I go. btw, is there an easy way to select a measure or measures now? Clicking seems to highlight a beat only. Adrian
