[Doggiebox] marquee tool discussed?

I have not been able to play to in-depth with the new build, but have you all considered implementing a marquee tool, to allow the selection, duplication and deletion of various elements inside each phrase? This would be great considering I work much with compounded rhythms, and that would increase my productivity, and I think everyone else's as well!
