Try "reply to all" in your mail program. That way, it will go to the list as well as the individual whose message you're responding to. Maybe this is it. By the way, I agree that your vocal character is one that many people would dream to have. Add some ambience to the mix and either bring up the vocals a bit or lower some competing levels.
