I have the Trademark 120 and and Behringer V-Amp2 and the Trademark blows away the V-amp in terms of sound quality going direct to my MBox. However, I am using the Trademark for the band I just started to play with and am not as happy with it in a live situation. I think I need to monkey with the settings some more, but I do like the versatility a lot. -Bret
