For those not on FB, here's a link to the latest work-in-progress (a cover of cover of "LSD" by Hawkwind) that I've done with DB: https://soundcloud.com/carledlundanderson/lsd3 This started as a way of testing different bass tones, playing the riff over a very simple loop (also made with DB). I liked it enough that I decided to start expanding it into a full-blown cover with proper drum programing etc. One of the drum breaks was a bit tricky -- I'm not sure whether it, technically speaking, drifts into 3/4 or something for a few bars. Nevertheless, I kept counting across 4 in my dbsong, just making it come out as I heard it in my head, though it didn't happen over a neat regular pattern in the editor as I would have expected ....
