My goal is to rely LESS on Doggiebox during the writing and arranging phase of things. I may still use it for finished production, depending on A) how well I can perform live drums myself or B) whether I can have a real drummer come in and do the tracks. On the other hand if you have a real kit all ready to go, will you need DB as much? Will be interesting to find out. Also interesting to see if your actual drumming style is similar to your db drumming style, which is quite distinctive.
